First, the safety part. This matters more than your question.
- Nobody from 9Forum, 9Chain or LOVE9 will ever message you first.
- Nobody legitimate will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key, in full or in part.
- Nobody legitimate will ask you to connect your wallet to a link to “verify”, “sync”, “restore” or “unlock” anything.
- Nobody legitimate will ask you to send funds first to receive support, a refund or a reward.
- If someone offers to help you in a private message, treat it as a scam and flag it. Real help happens in this public space, where others can see the advice you are given.
Scammers watch support spaces on every forum in this industry. They read your public question and message you within minutes, using a name close to a real one. This is the single most common way people lose funds.
Now, asking well
- What were you trying to do? Send, bridge, stake, connect, sign in.
- What happened instead? The exact message, copied as text.
- Where? Which wallet or app, which chain, which browser or phone.
- When? Approximate time, and the transaction hash if there is one. A transaction hash is public and safe to share.
- What have you tried?
Never paste your seed phrase, private key, password, or a screenshot that shows them.
When it is solved, mark the reply that fixed it as the Solution. Your question then becomes the answer for everyone who hits the same problem tomorrow.
